Return/Exchange/Repair
All sales are final. Items that have a defect will be repaired (if possible) or replaced. Customer is only responsible for one way shipping. There is no fee to repair an item that is broken due to defect. If the damage is from misuse, it will not be replaced or repaired. See below for guidelines in caring for your pieces.
Resizing
Resizing requests must be made prior to the item being shipped. Any item that requires resizing that has already been shipped is subjected to a $3 resizing fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs, both ways.
Guidelines For Care
Most of the jewelry sold is color tone or plated. With this type of material, it must be kept away from, but not limited to, sweat, water and rain. All moisture can damage the jewelry and repair will not be free for this.
Store the items in an box or bag, away from air and light. Damage due to improper storage will not be covered.
Be careful with your item as you would with any other jewelry. Wearing it and breaking it through force or trauma is not covered under repair.
Custom Requests
Sweetooth Jewelry will accept custom requests for jewelry designs. We can also do higher end pieces that require gold or silver filled precious metals. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the item will be made. The finished product will have several photographs taken of it, and we will communicate with you to ensure the item is what is desired. The remaining 50% will be paid once the item meets the needs of the customer and will be shipped out upon final payment being made.
Please allow several weeks for custom orders, as we may sometimes need to order supplies.
Bulk Orders
If you see multiple items of the same, or similar price and want to order it in bulk, instead of piece by piece, you can do so by sending us an email. We provide discounts when getting 5 or more single bracelets.
